The Watchman Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement Higher Institutions Staff Forum is an organ of the Watchman Catholic Charismatic Campus Fellowship across the globe. It is made up of academic and non-academic staff of institutions of higher learning (Universities, Colleges of Education, Polytechnics, Monotechnics, etc) and was established on 10th August, 2019 at the Watchman Educational project centre, Awo-Omama Imo State Nigeria.

To form a formidable coalition of Christian higher institution staff who seeks to provide academic and religious support to themselves and their students by creating platforms for resourceful mentorship.
The Vision of (WHISF)
Making (academic) collaborations between Christian students and University staff a channel of promoting the evangelical ministry of the Watchman
– Projects/ Services
- Organizing annual academic conferences
- Co-opting new high institution workers into the organization and establishing Watchman Staff Forum in higher institutions where it does not exist
- Providing scholarships for indigent and excellent Christian students
- Providing mentorship for early career academics and students
- Collaborating with international bodies for scholarship opportunities for staff and students
- Publishing peer reviewed articles in the organisation journal
